Use the email connected to your account
Open Sign in and enter your account email and password. Check for typing errors and whether you originally used a different email address.
Reset a forgotten password
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the recovery instructions sent to your email. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive. Use the latest recovery email.
If you still cannot sign in
Contact support and describe which step fails and the error shown. Never send your password, recovery link or verification codes. Shop workspace access also depends on your shop membership and permissions.
