Check vehicle details and VIN information

Review saved vehicle context and understand why a request may show only part of a VIN.

Verify the saved context

Check the vehicle you are selecting in Garage before using it for a new request. A lookup or saved entry is a convenience, not a substitute for checking the actual vehicle details.

Understand the request snapshot

The booking inbox uses captured year, make, model, trim, odometer and the last six VIN characters where provided. It does not expose the full Garage VIN through that request projection.

Correct information safely

Use the available Garage editing controls for future requests. Tell the shop directly about an error affecting an already-submitted request.

  1. Review the relevant saved vehicle.
  2. Correct supported fields in Garage.
  3. Check the final vehicle information when submitting the next request.
  4. Share any additional identification only when necessary through the shop’s private process.
