Filter and find requests in Booking Inbox

Use status and source filters without confusing filtered rows with whole-shop totals.

Content reviewed:

Start in the correct shop

Check the business name and active location before searching for a customer request. Another shop’s requests are not expected to appear in the active workspace.

Use the supported filters

Booking Inbox supports status and recorded-source filtering. Its display has a row limit, so a summary total need not equal the number of rows currently visible.

  1. Open Booking Inbox.
  2. Choose the relevant status and source filters.
  3. Clear filters when a request is not where you expect.
  4. Open the matching request and verify customer, service and vehicle context before updating it.

Read source counts correctly

Source labels describe the source recorded on the request, such as marketplace, shop website or a supported campaign entry. They are not proof of advertising revenue, lead quality or message delivery. Historical/unknown values can appear under Other / legacy.
