Open Your visits

Sign in to the account used when submitting the request and open Your visits. Use the page controls when you have more than one page of requests.

  1. Open Your visits using Open product below.
  2. Find the shop, service, vehicle and requested appointment.
  3. Read the status label and review the definitions below.

What the status labels mean

Request received: the shop has the request; it is not yet a confirmed appointment.

Shop contacted you: the request has been marked Contacted; confirm any outstanding details with the shop. This label is not independent proof that a message was delivered.

Confirmed: the request is recorded as confirmed. Follow the timing and drop-off details agreed with the shop.

Completed: the shop has marked the request completed. This is not a payment receipt or a warranty statement.

Cancelled: the request will not proceed in this lifecycle. Contact the shop to discuss a new request.

Guest and earlier requests

Only requests captured while signed in to this account appear in this history. Guest requests and earlier unlinked requests are not attached later by matching contact details. Contact the shop for those requests.
