A booking request is missing from Your visits

Check signed-in history and avoid creating duplicates when a request is not visible.

Check how the request was made

Your visits shows requests captured while signed in to the current account. Guest requests and earlier unlinked requests are not retroactively matched from the email or phone number entered on the booking form.

Find a signed-in request

A missing entry can also be on a different page or account.

  1. Confirm you are signed in to the account used at submission.
  2. Open Your visits and check other available pages.
  3. Look for the shop, service and requested date rather than relying only on a notification.
  4. If the page shows a loading error, refresh once and read the new result.

For a guest request or uncertain submission

Contact the shop using its public profile. Give the minimum details needed to locate the request. Do not submit repeated new requests merely because signing in later did not show the guest request.
