Find the privacy contact

Use the published Privacy Policy and Legal Notice to find the verified privacy channel. A policy page marked pending is not evidence that an unconfigured mailbox is monitored.

Prepare a focused request

Explain whether you need access, correction or deletion. Include only the minimum identifying information needed to locate your account and complete the requested identity check.

  1. Describe the account or record type involved.
  2. State the correction or privacy request clearly.
  3. Use the published private contact channel, not a public review or social post.
  4. Never include a password, recovery token or unnecessary full VIN.

Shop-held records

A shop may separately control repair records and may need to handle a request about those records. Deleting eligible account information is not a promise that every shop record, backup or required business record is erased immediately.

Something unclear or out of date?

Tell us which instruction needs correcting. Do not send passwords, recovery links, session tokens or unnecessary customer information.

Article feedback email is not configured. Use an established onboarding contact or the verified contacts in Legal Notice.
