Plans, invoices and service scope

Find commercial details in the written agreement rather than an in-app subscription checkout.

Where pricing is agreed

Setup fees, recurring service fees and included work are set in the signed Order Form or written agreement. This guide does not establish a new price, response guarantee or cancellation period.

Ask about a plan or invoice

Use the contact in your written agreement or the configured WrenchFinder support channel.

  1. Identify the business and the relevant Order Form or invoice reference.
  2. Specify the service, charge or change you need explained.
  3. Ask for written confirmation of a plan change and its effective date.
  4. Check the revised scope before relying on additional functionality.

No current platform-payment checkout

The current application does not process subscriptions or repair payments. Recording operational information is not the same as charging a card. Customer repair charges remain the shop’s responsibility.
