- Open the selected shop and its booking entry point.
- Check the service and enter accurate contact information.
- Choose a saved vehicle or enter the vehicle details supported by the form.
- Choose your preferred timing, review the displayed terms and submit once.
Check the result
Read the confirmation or error shown after submission. Keep the reference if one is displayed. A submitted request still needs the shop to confirm it; an available time can change after your search.
Before you travel
Contact the shop when the requested time is approaching without confirmation. Confirm drop-off details and the estimate directly with the shop.
Something unclear or out of date?
Tell us which instruction needs correcting. Do not send passwords, recovery links, session tokens or unnecessary customer information.
